Instrument of disclosure

Feline Anunnaki — Privacy Policy

The purpose of this policy is to tell visitors when we collect personal information and what we do with it. We do not use, share or transfer personal information except as set out below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by TAG The Agency Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). The Site is a work of satire; this policy, however, is not.

Clause 1

No need to disclose personal information

The Site can be read in full, and its pages shared, without disclosing any personal information to us.

Clause 2

Your disclosure of personal information

You may decide to disclose personal information to us by:

  • obtaining a curator login to the Site
  • contacting us by email
  • replying to, mentioning or messaging the archive’s account on X
  • providing feedback on the Site or on our organisation
  • requesting that a post referring to you be reviewed or removed

This information will be viewable by certain members of our staff. To the extent that it forms part of material published on a social platform, it may also be viewable by members of the public.

Clause 3

Holding of information

Personal information that you provide will be held by TAG The Agency Ltd and by the hosting and database providers used to operate the Site.

Clause 4

Use of personal information

We will only use personal information provided to us for the following purposes:

  • to operate the Site and its curator console
  • to administer and evaluate the Site
  • to respond to enquiries, feedback and removal requests
  • to improve our services

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Clause 5

Public posts collected by the archive

The archive searches public posts on X for claims about the shape of the Earth and stores the post text, the public handle of its author, the post link and the reply the archive drafted. This is used solely to avoid replying twice to the same post and to keep a record of what was published. Records are removed on request.

Replies address the claim, never the person. We do not collect private messages, protected accounts, contact details or any special-category information.

Clause 6

Statistical information

We may collect statistical information about your visit to help us analyse usage of, and improve, the Site. This information may include:

  • IP addresses
  • pages accessed on the Site
  • links that are clicked on
  • date and time of visits
  • operating systems and browsers used
  • the referring site or social post

Clause 7

Cookies

The Site sets cookies only where they are necessary for it to function — principally to keep a curator signed in to the console. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Clause 8

Automated content generation

Text published by this archive is drafted with the assistance of AI language models. The prompts sent for drafting include the public text of the post being replied to. They do not include your contact details or any information you have given us in confidence.

Clause 9

Your rights

You have the right to access and to request correction of any personal information you have provided in connection with your use of the Site. If you would like to see the personal information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact us using the details below. We may require proof of identity before providing any personal information.
